Why say you'll do something, and then not do it?

Almost every time a formal sit down meeting happens between Furns/Timmy/Bodi etc and the club, and the idea of the club answering fans questions on the forum is raised we seem to be given the "yeah, thats a good idea, we'll do that" answer...... fans ask questions, we get few answers then its lights out.

    Simple question

Why say you'll do something, and then not do it?

marketing 101 suggests it best to under-promise and over-deliver and not the other way around.

Agree. This is a great medium for the club to engage on another front, and for nnsw football too. Disappointing they haven't taken the opportunity up further
