The fight to avoid the drop is heating up with currently 4 points I believe splitting last place to 6th and with 5 rounds plus make ups to go who is favourite for the drop?
Tenambit have 3 of the top five in their run home but have been in good touch of late.

So will Terrace ( or uni because the premiers title is still mathamatically up for grabs) be taking promotion once the title is decided? Have Terrace got the players to fill a third team ( I believe that was the reason they came down in the first place) and with the unis higher team only in ZPL are they aloud to go up should they do the unthinkable and chase down the terrace.
Uni can't go up as far as I know

We have a couple retiring but should be able to recruit well again.

Hardest part for us will be recruiting well to be able to have 3 competitive teams.
As long as we can learn from bero's mistake , hard to compete if recruitment is poor.
Lol yeah we made a mistake by not consistently turning down promotion.
Consistently? We never turned down promotion we just never applied for it, we couldn't field 2 teams at the end of last year, we lost our whole back line and coach in 1sts after the GF and half our ressies left as well. We had to pretty much beg for the coach to return. Lucky enough we recruited 4 wooden spooners from medowie, a couple of old terrace players from muswellbrook and a handful of under 16s from Maitland to fill a team for ressies. We used 24 different starting players in 1sts last year ( has to be a record) . So the club thought they would be kidding themselves to try and even fill 3 teams this year. If you could send up just 1sts then we would of been in a position no problem.
