At a football club, there's a holy trinity. The players, the manager and the supporters.
Directors don't come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.

Memories - I have plenty. What are you after.

I think I have some old memorabilia, will dig around a bit but house is half in storage until early October when repairs from the June storms finish.

Yellow original KB shirt. Falling apart but held together by memories.

    Three questions for you:

    1) Why are there so many blokes called "Kenny"?
    2) Why were Australian women hotter in 1978 than 2008?
    3) Why has the government banned gingers growing moustaches? Heys' looked great with one!

    OSSIE BELLAMY

    Age 25 Goalkeeper

One of the most experienced ‘keepers in Newcastle soccer, Bellamy was secured from 1977 premiers Weston. He represented Northern NSW in New Zealand in 1977. His ability to play as a striker if required makes him a valuable asset.

Mr Celery emailed me that he's posted this on UToob.

If there's one game you want to see highlights from those halcyon days, it's this one......

EDIT: Takes a few seconds to get going....
I wonder if Zed Zelic ever saw this and was inspired by that 1st goal v Holland??
