Tonight's game should be a cracker, if last week is anything to go by (which it probably isn't) victory seem to be defending by "scoring more goals than them" and Adelaide look like the quick tiki taka is developing. Big crowd too. Only thing I'm not looking forward to is the commentary.

The bloke is not fast never has been. If he had the speed he would be 10 times the payer he is. It is the lack of speed which means the skill isn't rewarded as much as it deserves

Most of the losses of possession seem to be intercepts. I see that as good positioning rather than, necessarily, bad passing, because the passes are generally forward and aggressive.

Goodwin has a lot of ability but his decision making is terrible. If an option with high risk and low returns presents itself Goodwin always manages to choose it.
Unless things go his way he's average at best.
Happy to be proven wrong but I think we have already seen the best of him.
