Man management is so severely under rated in the country! Everyone wants technical this technical that... Gombau seems to have that, but his biggest asset is his man management! Just look at the players celebrate with him, they love him!

And with that comes respect. When they play bad and he blows up, they respect it and fight instead of thinking f*ck you!
