its a results driven game, dont get me wrong. I just think with all the talent they have surely they can win with at least a little bit of class. Because if they play they did last year, i would prefer not waste money and time watching them play not matter how many goals they score.

This is only my opinion of course.

Looked pretty good spoke to a couple of others who said that they will be even better than last year especially as Goody & one of the Swan boys were missing today. To be fair there is 8 weeks before the proper stuff starts. Looking forward to seeing Azzuri tomorrow.

The Buds are a side that will improve with every game and training session they have, my point wasn't to run down Olympic as Bolchy has them playing some very good football but rather state that people shouldn't read to much into the result as the Buds will be better with each game played.
Give them another 9 weeks to develop at training and trials and a few people will have their pants pulled down.

1st Grade: Kahibah 8-0 South Cardiff (training and fitness proved the difference. Kahibah look a dangerous side this year, even just one game in. Shaun Clerke scored five against his old club.)
Under 23's: Kahibah 0-0 Belswans (a fairly forgetabble game)
Under 19's: Kahibah 5-0 Belswans (classy performance from a strong side. Belswans get improvement and they'll be decent.)

Just to make clarity. The Cookers centre back(Cpt) had a howler in the first 20 secs of the second half. Macca took a nice fleece and finished with quality. Edgy scored the equaliser about 10min before ft. If you talk about another day the score could have been 5-3. Before,ht, and post match the Cookers lads respected every thing Edgeworth put before them and understood the pressure upon them.

I thought Lakes did reasonably well first half and had a couple of half decent chances but Olympic had a bit more quality about them. Still think Lakes will be a good bet to win their league though.

Are you saying that they have EGO'S cobra? I never mentioned anything about ego's. You just can't fit 20 1st grade players into 14 spots. It's just natural attrition that some of them will move on but surely the coaching staff would have expected this. This doesn't mean they have EGO'S, it just means they want to play 1st grade. Take Pettit for example, I am sure when he signed he thought he would have been starting in the 7 role but now they have added james Virgili will Pettit stay. I think not. Can't see any of them ending up at Olympic
