Being that Friday night the passion may be getting a little carried away anyone out there able to enlighten us as to what the things are we can do, definitely can't do and what is exactly a grey area that has room for pushing a little???

Being that the FFA punishments for crowd issues are a bit draconian and your guilty with little recourse no point seeing a pile of people getting long term bans from the FFA for shit that can be avoided.

It's on the FFA website.

Pretty simple though.

Pay for your ticket.
Sit down
Shut up
Go home

Make any unwanted noise... ie someone complains, security, police, other fans
And your next game will be in 2020

Flares and Brass knuckles mandatory.

FFA are very clear and cover all bases. It's what has enabled them to falsely blame and then ban the cove capo for 2years

Yes. Be warned MFKS. Get pushed over the fence backwards and you'll be done for invading the pitch.

I would leave a dent in the thing and the pitch would get more cracks in it than a 4th day Indian test wicket when my fat arse hits it.

Cool - they sold it so I'll check it out and see how it goes - one of the old, big gold flags with the logo on it

Only a couple of evictions last night. Surprised there wasn't more

I do wonder what the bloke who set fire to the Tinkler mask in Bay 60 was thinking would happen when he was thinking about lighting the thing.

Any issues with the bloke jumping the fence after the goal. HE get turfed out or is he getting a lifetime ban??

The Tinkler mask lighting was stupidity. Wouldn't be surprised if that bloke is on the receiving end of a hefty fine and ban.

Didn't see the fence jumping, where was that located?

Bay 60 towards the Sth hill part.

When the goal went in for us he went over and celebrated and then came back over from the fence to where he should be.
Cops came down and was being escorted away last I seen of him

I thought that was way over the top from the coppers. Since when has it been in there job description to enforce seating and ticketing arrangments.

Blokes were just having a bit of fun FFS.

Out of curiosity what would be the likelihood of getting away with a non English banner at a HAL game??

Would you just get told to put it away or be looking at a five year ban???

Have an idea for one in Portuguese

I had one in Spanish for Milton once, got asked to take it down. I think it got confiscated. Seccos said some away fans had made a complaint. Compete BS excuse. Was also on a home made Colombian flag using gold instead of yellow. Nothing nasty, something along the lines of "thank you Milton, please stay another year"

Given the cove capo got a ban for leading a pitch invasion, when he was pushed backwards over the fence, your guess is as good as mine.

If it's abusive or commercially inappropriate you could at least expect a tap on the shoulder.

Not knowing what's on it, and where you hope to display it, it's hard to say..... And the FFA indiscriminate and wierd implementation onthe policy means you could get nothing, or..... See you in 2020.

Why Portuguese?

If we go back a couple of years ago, Cove displayed that big banner with Russian writing .... Got great TV, social media coverage , was up long enough for that to happen but not sure what happened next?.... I guess if it looks like it does not belong to one individual, all they can do is remove it but not sure they can kick / ban 100 people for it?.... It's a matter to have it on display long enough that it get noticed......

I actually want to do one of

STUBBINS YOU MAY FOOL TINKLER BUT YOU DONT FOOL US but am struggling to get it on the banner with the space

Why Portuguese?
Considered Spanish but that might get understood too easily. The level of Portuguese in your average Aussie is about 50 times less readily found. Also thought it would confuse someone who tried using a translation app on their phone a bit more.

Feel I would get it up for longer as other than it being foreign no one would know what it meant straight away.

Other thing I was thinking is Spanish and Portuguese a phrase can usually be written in less letters not to mention the opportunity to get away with something far more offensive that wouldn't be tolerated in English

FFA don't care how many they ban.
They'll ban anyone they think are involved, whether they have evidence or not.
Again, look at the cove pitch invasion in the derby, 40-50 on the pitch, among the bans the cove capo who pushe backwards ovr the fence!

The one going for it is that FFA probably want tinkler/stubbins to be told
to **** off in as many languages as possible.

Is there still an actual written code of conduct still?

I thought it was just whatever the FFA said on any given occassion? Didn't they decide that having something in black and white was too rigid and it need to be a fluid thing so they could ban people for anything they wanted?

Read between the lines it says offensive or inappropriate banners whether in English or a Foreign language.

That to me says you can have one in a foreign language as long as it is not inappropriate or offensive

These ****s better learn some Portuguese then if they want to prove it as offensive

Probably because if I pull one out in English that say Stubbins you **** cock ****wit they will walk me out in a headlock. If it says something in a foreign language I can say the exact same thing and they will have to work out whether they can touch me.

Having thought things through I made take them in where there is nothing offensive to start with. After dealing with the initial harassment get them to ignore us eventually and then hit them with the good stuff.

Might need a statement that is offensive that with a few less letters is appropriate. Keep bringing it and then just add the appropriate letters to turn it offensive
