The Squadron Football Supporters Club Committee has organised for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 11th August 2015.

The AGM will be held at the Sydney Junction Hotel, Hamilton at 5:30pm. This date has been chosen to coincide with the FFA Cup match day which will see the Newcastle Jets take on Perth Glory at Wanderers Oval, Broadmeadow at 7:30pm.

Nominations for positions on the Committee can now be taken and are to be given in writing by emailing SquadronFSC@gmail.com. Please note that to be eligible for nomination to the Committee the member must have been a member for one year prior to the nomination, and two years prior for a place on the executive committee.

We welcome new members all the time and will be able to sign individuals up on the day of the meeting. Membership remains $5 for the financial year, and returning members will also be expected to renew their membership and pay the membership fee.

Just a side note: do you have a provision for Proxies?

Retro, I would have to go and dig up the constitution, however I think we have had this question previously. And I forget the answer.

Too easy mate, when is the best time to see you, it's hard to make tifo days due to work commitments

The Sydney junction hotel will run a courtesy bus for Jets fans attending the game as well.

The squadron will congregate at the northern end of magic park.

All are welcome! Please come along and join us on the night or for the AGM.

Feel free to post anything in here for the Agenda of the AGM.

If it will not be relevant to our meetings general tone I will say so here so you don't get a shock on the day if it isn't included (some things might just be able to be spoken about on the forums rather than with the little time we have prior to the cup game, or in person at a later date).

Overly negative things will also get the same response.
