Note how MV can just pull a 16yo kid from anywhere to do the business, take pens, look good and be the next big thing.

When did we have a kid that came on off the bench and not look like a deer in headlights?

Kanta was boss in his first game.

Offer him plenty of money before he's established himself over a few seasons and he will no doubt turn to shit like all the other A-league next big things do.
The media have already given him the kiss of death just needs a manager to come in and start pimping him out to anyone stupid enough to believe the hype.
Melbourne are specials when it comes to letting young players get ahead of themselves and eventually fade away.

Rojas as an example couldn't cut it in 3rd tier German football but the media and many here thought he was the next Wynton Rufer.

How is everyone finding the early days of Optus Sports?

Unsurprisingly looks like nobody cares - with the clubs bringing out their reserve squads it would have made more sense to play at Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or Newy.

If we go back a year what would the crowd at MCG have been if City and Real came out with bit part squads?

Wonder what nong thought atletico v spurs would draw a mega crowd. Vic govt must be over the moon - come to melbourne, where crickets live.

The Fetch broadcasts have been great.
The app on my Samsung tablet is similarly impressive.
However watching any video on the app on my mobile phone has proven problematic.

It's a shame to because the entertainment value of the match was excellent. Good tactics from both sides, some sweet strikes, and as Ned Zelic would say "individual brilliance".
The GK's effort last night was nothing short of incredible and sets a standard well beyond anything we see in the A-league.
