You can get any quantity of stuff made up out of Vietnam, India and especially China. it just becomes more cost effective the more units you do.
Don't let that be the reason the gypo puts the kibosh on it.

I thought it was a hat with the peak in the shape of a jet - not a jet you wear as a hat. Can you imagine how bloody hot those things would get after about 5 minutes?

I think this is the only solution - everyone has to make an actual hat (not graphic) in the design they want, post it here, and the best design gets presented to the club with the prototype for them to make it happen in some asian sweatshop. Must be suitable for our climate, any beer holders should not leave half the contents of the plastic cups all over your shoulders... Firing rockets get bonus points.
