This team has no idea. They can't pass a ball to each other. When they manage that then they can't control it. Brown looks frustrated. He started the season like a house on fire but now he is largely ineffective. They all seem to have an individual plan which is not the same as the man next to them. Very few times 2 or 3 players get on the same page but it's rare.

No one seems to give a shit anymore (again) and Jack Duncan has made some brilliant saves throughout the season. If it wasn't for him we would be worse off. We have a squad that is much better then they are doing but they need a game plan. I know we have had injuries to some important players but the shit that has been dished up really is not good enough.

As for our manager, have a ****ing go. Everyone expects you to lose. At least try and win a game, or just score a goal for that matter. Sitting back hoping for a 0-0 draw every game is extremely boring. We are not playing positively. We are playing to keep the other side out, not to score ourselves. You could argue that our squad is stronger than last years but the problem is most of the other teams are sronger too. Our recruitment of visa players is so far behind the top clubs it's not funny, that I think is our biggest downfall. As an example we have already extended Brown's contract for another 2 seasons, yes he has some good qualities but he is not in the same league as Martinez, Brandan or Jakobsen for example of some new visa players this season. As a club either we seem to be delusional and clueless to just how high the bar is in regards to the quality of visa player that is required....or we simply don't have the know-how and resources available to not only scout these players but to actually attract them here. Probably a combination of all these factors.
This Jan transfer window could be the most important period under the Ledman ownership's short history to date which could be a strong indicator of just how serious Martin Lee is about making this club a force.
