Chris got the penalty decision correct at the end of the Sydney derby last night.
I only got one replay but it looked a good call.

Chris would probably back that up.

Beath apparently apologised to Graham Arnold after the game for the mistake. In all fairness though if you hand over a bag of money to a referee before the game and only write from Sydney on it these sorts of mistakes are bound to happen.

I don't think it being a penalty is the issue. It's the three in total he didn't award Sydney FC which they are pissed off about.

i only saw the Brosque one at the end which i believe Chris got correct because Chris comes correct every match.

I have no idea about the other two either - but that's supposedly the case according to the SMH which we all know is the pinnacle of honest reporting

Anybody who thought the first "handball" was a pen has no idea. Nichols arm was at his side and it hit it from probably two feet away. The second was a trip at the edge of the box by Santa - possibly contact outside the box anyway.

I am just reflecting here what the Fox commentary team opined about Chris Beath's decisions.
