Under Miller we would have had the youngest or close youngest footballing department in the A-league, with regards to support staff in Van Stratten, Physio, SnC coach, Analyst, Kitman, Assistant Youth coach, media manager, Im pretty sure a lot of the people working in the club are quite young in age and also experience.

Did Martin Lee view this as a bad thing? Is he now looking at getting a more experienced backroom to help a more experienced coach establish a real sort of structure for the jets going forward. Or is he looking at having these young guys who could potentially bring in new an innovative iapproach that other A-league clubs dont have.
