50:50 on the original decision for me, but i can't see why the VAR over-ruled the on-field decision. he still had the keeper to beat, with two other players nearby. doesn't really seem to be an obvious goal scoring opportunity to me.

also, kiwi commentators just said "the linesmen should keep their flags down knowing they have the safety of the VAR review". jesus.
