once it gets to that stage, i will pretty much always take the cops on their word*. they cant just go round saying stuff like that unless they can back it up. they have witness statements that the bloke pushed past security and staff to get into the full strength beer section. They said the kid was not with him at the time and have witnesses to back this story up. if the cops were lying, they are in complete and utter shit, if old buddy is lying, then no ones gonna care. hes a victim now regardless and thats how we reward society.

no one said he was in the wrong seat did they? they claimed he was trying to access an area that his ticket wasnt valid for. from his own claims im sure he admitted that the area he was trying to get into wasnt allowed, thats where the story about the toilet came from.

also, the police claim at the time he was trying to access the area, he was with another grown man. the claim from security was that they were trying to get beer from the restricted area. maybe it was for the other guy? maybe he wanted one? i dont know. he claimed he wasnt drinking. ok. he never said he wasnt trying to access a restricted area, the 'why' is fine to debate, neither of us know.
