To be fair the results are turbulent. The fight for 3rd and 4th is heating up.

Moving on to Ressies. I’m sure we can all agree the top 4 are locked in? Suburbs 7 in front and a game in hand?

Stockton have locked in last.

So really it’s the battle for first and positioning in the top 4

After Uni win their catch up they’ll be one point behind the blues. All four can win it from here. I expect burbs to come out strong now they are out of contention for finals in firsts. The big thing is that uni play suburbs, azzurri AND cooks hill in the run home. Ressies is where it’s at people.

9pts behind 3 games remaining. Need Azzurri to lose every game, draws not good enough.

Of their four remaining games they should win all but the uni game being their only challenge. Lock in 2nd

3: Uni 29 pts: (they’ll beat Stockton game in hand)

Out of title race but can challenge for second.

They need 9 pts from Suburbs, Azzurri, Cooks Hill and hope Suburbs who have only lost 3 times slip up.

4: Cooks Hill 25pts:

Could mathematically come 2nd but given Suburbs fixtures, my pick is cooks hill to lock in 3rd with Uni’s horror run home.

Let’s take a moment to look at the grade no one really cares about. With cooks hills draw and Azzurri’s win we see a 7 pt gap open up between them. But nothing is one yet, there’s many a slip between a cup and a lip.

But the real hot contest is who will sneak in 4th!

To all those involved in this weekends semi finals please be aware that we have a liqour licence at Alder Park.
So this means that you will be able to buy beers and enjoys yourselves, but it also means that you and your supporters wont be able to bring an esky of brews. We don't want to be dicks about it, but as part of the liqour licence people cant consume alcohol from another source on the premises (ie/ all of Alder Park).
We will need to have duty officers around the ground keeping an eye out, but can you all ask your players and supporters to help us out and do the right thing (as we will need to either confiscate beers (until the matches finish then you can come grab it back) or ask people to leave. We would obviously prefer not to have to do that, but will if we have to.

Wallsend FC’s ZL1 division are looking for a head coach to take on the 2020 season and beyond.

Previous coaching experience is desirable, however newly licensed coaches looking to implement learnings in a competitive league should also apply.

You should be able to work on developing the existing squad and are welcome to make any additions as you feel required.

Salary negotiable. The club is also willing to support the coach to attain further qualifications and improve their skill set.

No politics will impede your ability to manage the squad as you wish.
