We didn't replace our assistant coach so we won't replace other coaches

Big difference between another cone placer and a strength and Cond coach charged with the responsibility of having players fit for duty . In actual fact given what appears to be the general min requirements for such a position if the club were not to replace such a qualified person and something happened to a player the club could and probably would find itself being threatened with action by the PFA.
