New season, same VAR shit. Western player ran straight across his line and the goal is overturned. Far out.

Considering the first game of the season is a derby game between two favourites for the title and there's still a pretty small crowd, sort of worrying.

It always blows my mind how our professional footballers can't consistently cross in a decent corner.

One club has no fans, the other has no home. I'm not going to read too much into this crowd. If the predicted crowds don't turn up for the big blue tomorrow, then I'll be a little more worried.

Berisha 2.0 looks ok but the commentary about getting him to change countries already was cringeworthy.
As was the comment that Young handling outside the box should be a penalty:blush:
Still miss Topor

That young handball was interesting. The whole ball has to cross the whole line to be a goal and to go out, but apparently the whole ball doesn't need to cross the whole line to be inside the 18 yard box. It was a handball for me.
Classic commentary as well deciding what colour lacroix was going to get for the challenge towards the end.
And that VAR decision to overturn the first goal is still ridiculous.
