Watching that game mostly just made me miss Daniel Penha. Dude is a class above this league.

I think some of our subs showed that, despite this being a depleted team, we aren’t playing the best version of it. Stynes and Timmins felt more impactful then Grozos and Aquilina, and I also think Aquilina would be better then Ingham. If it comes down to it, I’d also rather someone like Vidic get a longer run, better then letting Buhagair cook every good opportunity.

I had to turn it off, it was painful to watch. My take on it is, when the team is falling down the ladder like a lead balloon, the squad are not happy chappies, and I don't think they are on board with the coaches "vision"

Interesting observation and one i can go with. Either the players are fatigued which i find a bit of a stretch or they no longer have confidence in Stanton. I can see by the body language of some of those blokes the later could be a real possibility.

Tactically and selection wise I don't think Stanton could have done much more.
A defensive error and a penalty [which was fair] was the difference between the two sides.
