Exactly this. Stoked with this performance, it’s far and away the best of the season and if not the best, in the top 3 of our performances under Stanton. But, I’m not gonna be sold that this is some miracle turn around until I see us repeat something like that over the next couple of games.

Interesting to note how well we played without Dane Ingham and with Grozos taken off so early. Cancar at RB was decent, and Bayliss and Timmins played well together. Speaking of Bayliss, that kid should be starting every game, he’s far too good and hopefully the kind of player we can make a solid profit off of.

Big fan of Gibson, could argue when Rose is healthy that he deserves a starting spot over Taylor whose not quite hitting the same form as he did last season, and is actually a year younger then Gibson.

Wellisol is a total bust (not surprising), thank god we only signed him for one season.

100% agree, I think a few people are falling into the trap of 'Jets were magnificent '.

Jets were good, but Perth were horrendous. Need to back that up next week against better opposition. Perth basically gave the jets every goal other then the Bayliss one. Perths's defending was NPL standard.

Also if you or anybody else get the opportunity have a watch of the girls game v smurfs, Was a very entertaining match and they really tuffed it out. I have watched plenty of W League over the years and i can't remember seeing too many fitter than the Swiss girl Lorena Baumann. She has been real standout for the team. Shame the Mens team can't find an import with the same impact.
