Might be keen to sign that Jets contract after tonight's performance if it's still available. Can't be too many others on the table.

I don't know. Maybe clubs out there are scrambling for a guy that makes a nice first move and beats a defender, before immediately giving it away 8-10 times a game.

Based on his performance tonight he won't be playing overseas next season.

He be back in the HAL within 12 months anyway.

He not going to iron out his faults that quick enough to play OS

Just hope to god we don't sign him again

Which European based club in their right mind would pay for Hoole?
We were the only dumb****s dumb enough to take him on after Arnie got to experience first hand that the lad is "uncoachable" and duly showed him the door.
Hopefully he does get to go and play overseas, but from what he has shown that overseas is as far as the Phoenix or Hobart if they get their act together!

Interesting how Ugarkovic and Jackson both have camps confident clubs will pay if they are good enough.

We saw yesterday Hoole has made a big mistake - it will take alot of work now for him to succeed as a footballer. And that might involve getting a new agent.

His number being raised last night brought audible cheers not heard since the days of James Brown.

His agent is only blowing smoke up his arse trying to get a payday for both of them.

Might be better if Raheem actually knuckled down worked hard on improving his game and let the big Euro clubs come to him

Seems to work for other footballers.

If you good enough they come for you.

Not have your agent pimping you to every no name second division Euro club and still getting knocked back

Con made an offer, Stu rescinded the offer - that's what happened. But from what I understand once that happened Stu wanted to go back and accept the offer he already rescinded. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. When you say no to an offer that's it - the process needs to start again , and in this case Con's next offer was a low ball one - which is perfectly reasonable to do / make. Stu then decided that the original offer wasn't so bad after all and wanted to accept it - but it was too late.
Stu ****ed up - that's it plain and simple. Con did what any good businessman would do under the circumstances.
Sure it's a shit thing to do to a kid but Stu was hardly negotiating a contract for flipping Burgers at McDonald's.

Facts tend to disagree with this statement, last year he was up there with assists. The year Taggart was leading goal scorer he was goal assist on a few of his goals. Best player to come out of Newcastle for years and under the current youth development system that's no mean feat.

No denying he is selfish - he f***s up, he loses confidence quickly and often goes quiet. He often forgets the game plan to prove himself (first game v Sydney and example). He is easy to intimidate. And what about the time in Wellington where he took a dive and then decided as he won the penalty he should take it (the outcome was rofl time).

He needs to grow up mentally to succeed - no doubt he can play a bit but that isn't enough.
