He may be a good manager/coach but you can't go of what the young fellas say as we are finding out now. All the young blokes from the AIS loved GVE there and look how poor a coach he is.

Ok so what we need is a coach where all the mature age players who are allowed to think for themselves think the coach is a knob . All sorted GVE in.

You have to be a good communicator to be a decent coach, that's a very basic neccisity. From what I've seen (or heard) of Okon in interviews and commentary he is a bit deficient in that department. No doubting his knowledge and football brain but not much use if you can't convey the message across to your players.

^ this and at least he has good communication skills too (occassional SBS pundit). I say we go for broke! What about someon like Paul Ince or
Roy Keane. Di Mateo, Viali and Guulit are also on the umemployed list:grin:
