After watching a bit of the cycling at the Velodrome the last week or two I would have to say I thoroughly rate Women's Cycling.

Start of the race the girls count the start buzzer thing down by moving their bodies back and forth grinding their crotch hard against the bike seat.

Almost porn and I am sure or two of them were getting excited doing it!!

To be honest, its a bit of a roadie course, despite being talked up by the commentators, compared to the World Cup circuit courses, it may as well be bitumen.

Was waiting for Danny MacAskill to come riding out of the tree (literally) at the tart of the ap of faith, and show them how it's really done!

That would have been cool.

The sydney olympic course was more technical, but that seems to be the way the sport is going. Take away the some of the world cup courses and the Xc stuff has been getting watered down. A lot of that is down to the need to build sustainable trails, but one machine cut trail seems to look pretty much like the next machine cut trail.

Find some YouTube clips of the south african round this year, that was awesome. A lot of the trail wouldn't have been out of place on a DH trail.
