Some pretty big and exciting news lately coming from the states with a very bright future ahead.

New York City FC- I would expect some pretty big signings from these guys and I'm looking forward to seeing where and what the new Stadium will look like.
Personally I would of like to of seen Cosmos come in but I'm sure City will do quite well. Can not wait to see the first New York derby.

Orlando City- Really like how this Club has gone about things starting in the US Pro and coming up from there. Seen the plans for the Stadium the other day it looks absolute mint. Also looking forward to the Florida derby.

Miami- Man I hope this works, I also hope they keep the name of the Club simple, I've seen some terrible possible names.
Just read a article saying Becks wants to sign Cristiano as the first DP no chance IMO. It seems more like a publicity stunt don't get me wrong I could see Ronnie going there one day but not in 3 years time.

Some pretty good things happening in the MLS, Chivas are expected to announce new owners after the World Cup along with a Stadium plan with a College in Downtown L.A. The new owners are expected to completely rebrand Chivas which is thought to be what Don Garber(CEO of MLS) wants, with F.C Los Angeles rumored to be the favourite name.

Xavi all but confirmed to go to NYCFC, Barca have apparently agreed to release him on a free. With one more DP spot available I can't see it being Lampard now Xavi has signed.

I hope they can get a Stadium location sorted out soon.
43,000 is a great crowd, but they won't get that every week and Yankee Stadium looked terrible with a Football field in the middle of it.

Not sure it looks terrible, I'm just amazed how they can replace the turf (Part of it I guess) is such short time

I understand that the plan is to build a 20 / 30 K stadium next door to New Yankee stadium on the site of the old Yankee Stadium.

Say what you want about Modern Football blah blah, the scenes from the first ever MSL game in Orlando is exactly what the A-League should be striving for.

If the Miami Beckham team can garner the same type of support in a boutique venue in the heart of Miami then it would make for a nice Florida Derby.

Boutique Stadia in the heart of the CBD is what we should be campaigning for, anyone who can't see that is delirious.

There was a question pertaining to stadium sizes etc. in the Jets Member Survey recently. Of course, I answered 20k capacity, rectangular stadium.

I think 20k is probably getting to big, how often do we get over 15k? Even when we are doing well we don't often get more then 15k, yes on the odd occasion we do. So what if people miss out on tickets, it happens all around the world for various types of events and it creates a demand for tickets.

It was multiple choice. 20k was the lowest there. It's a nice round number, and with semi-finals would get filled easily
