It's on most news feeds now - and they have to be vaccinated as well.
I would expect it to be short term though and be increased when they get to the 80% in November, so a good thing to delay the season 3-4 weeks.
Perhaps longest serving members in first? Or newest, because the longest will always renew no matter what so keep your newest customers happy.
in all seriousness, they did it last year so they'll do it again the same way. Not everyone will take it up or can take it up
Unfortunately for the club though anybody who has not yet taken membership but was planning to this could put the brakes on that.
Mattiske and the club needed this restriction like a hole in the head.
Yet another stunningly stupid and illogically thought out idea from an asshole in a suit that has no impact on their own personal circumstances.
5000 at Jets stadium or 5000 at stadium australia seems really well thought and a massive trust of science.
Dear God these people are clowns.
And as always, they throw it back in the hands of the individual business for them to implement or face fines and more lockdowns.
Scum.
A-league should work with Paramount+ to give members a free (or dirt cheap) A-league subscription for the duration of the competition.
Members should be on rotation at the stadium, so in the worst case they'll be able to attend every 2nd game.
Considering many members don't attend anyway and the total is likely to be well below 10000, it could easily be 2 games on/1 game off. Not the end of the world.
5000 people is the number of people you can have at a stadium when we reach 70% double dose.
When we reach 80% double dose (maybe only a few weeks after 70%) there will be a further easing of restrictions.
I would expect the 5000 number will be increased when that happens.
I reckon Cricket Australia would be already lobbying for change which will assist FA on this issue.
Jets chucked up another signing hint, apparently it’s Kosta Grozos if all the comments are to be believed.
He is a midfielder but I’ll be a little disappointed if that’s the ‘replacement’ for Devlin, but we also still have another roster spot so another signing could still be on the horizon
Jets hinting at another signing. Have we got any inside word
There’s the Jack Wilshere article

Papas wants to play a fast tempo pressing attacking game and were linked with a midfielder made of glass who cant run. Classic Jets
Jeeeez Stanny, you are a hard man to please..
Lets face it, he's not coming out here. Its the Jets. But I'm a big enough masochist to hope..
Yes, he's made from balsa wood.. But as if he wouldn't absolutely walk it through this league..
You get the sort of abysmal refs (I'm looking at you Kurt Ams) that we have already, protecting blokes like Castro, Ninko, etc, then I don't see why it would be such a bad idea..
I was reading how he almost gave up football recently, he's talked about how much abuse his family have copped for his injuries ("Jack Wheelchair" I believe kids were taunting his son)..
A nice little beach-change and a confidence booster playing in this league could be the best thing for him..
His body wont cope with our hard pitches and the way Papas wants to play, plus no way he settles for aleague wages and we aint gonna offer marquee ones. Im hard to please because we constantly promise better times but offer up dross. Papas had been spot on with his recruitment so far IMO, No need for Wilshire
Couldn't agree more, Blokes with his class with there instinct and vision see the game seconds quicker than your average player which helps them avoid the hackers in the A League. Playing in this league and staying sound and a great lifestyle for his family and he could do much worse than come here. I read in a article he was not motivated by the coin for his next journey just the opportunity to play football and re-establish himself and enjoy the game again.
Everything he needs on and off the park could be had here if money is not his primary motivator.
Firstly, it's not going to happen.
Jack didn't have any injuries last season, he just didn't play every week because Bournemouth had 7 CMs. The drop off in pace between here and England would give him another few years of playing, we'd just need to convince him to come out here for the lifestyle. His passing and dribbling would be something this league has never seen.
But, again, it's not gonna happen.
Can anyone come up with a sensible way that the competition can run, I can't.
Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Wello in hubs. Sorted. NSW won't lock down again once they hit the vaccination targets. I don't think Vic will either. No need to travel into the states more likely to go back into lockdown.
Random thoughts off the top of the head:
Wello in the gong
Reds in maybe Albury
Perth in Canbera (but I'd prefer Adelaide personally)
Brisbane in Ballarat
Erik Paartalu has just parted ways with his club, I know the dudes probably too old for this team but still reckon he'd be a good pickup
Never forget his contribution (1:30) to the Miracle of Brisbane...

Sign him just to stick it to the sCCuM!

Apparently not signing Jack Wilshire. Assume we are still in the market for Jack Wilshere though.
Yengi to Ipswich town, idk if it was posted.
