Problem with Totti coming out here is that his contracted to Roma until the May 2016, where ADP was a Bosman Totti would require a transfer fee. Something I see as to big a hurdle for the Barakies.

Maybe the solidarity part is not only good for the whole Breast Cancer situation, but also in terms of football it was good for the team. We just knocked off the most in-form team of the comp. It may not have been the best game on the pitch, but everyone was there for the jersey - something us fans have been crying about not seeing all year.
Maybe our team has bonded so well over this head-shaving thing, and we'll actually play as a team from hereonin.

Cubans have a higher life expectancy than their North American neighbours.
North America is home to the bulk of the worlds largest pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical research centres.
Cuba has little more than penicillin and basic antiseptics.
What Cuba do have though is more general practitioners per capita than North America.
Hence, less investment in research / wonder drugs and more into basic patient care is the more sensible though less profitable option.
I can totally understand what BlackMac79 is saying. The money and resources could be allocated far more effectively.
