Not having a centre ref for 19s isn't good enough. I understand the lack of linesman as there's a slight shortage of referees but got to send a main ref to each and every New-FM game.Quote:

Kahiba calling the game off is a joke. Surely the fed have to step in and set some basic guidelines for clubs being allowed to call games off.
Maybe it could be that the refs decide if the pitch is unplayable or something else but the current system doesn't work.
