So will it apply to us?.... ? Coast away

As far as we have been told, the derby games are not classified as high risk therefore the away game restrictions won't apply. But who knows when or if the FFA decide to move the goalposts again
avin a little giggle about the thoughts of a full hostel of Novocastrians and Jehovahs Witnesses.
Should be an interesting experience
Anyone planning to come to Wellington in rd3 flights with Virgin and AirNZ are on sale for another few hours, get on it quick
$340 return including 23kg bag, can get even cheaper if you go carry on only but remember its only 7kgs
With a large contingent of Jets supporters heading down to Melbourne for rd2, I am going to start looking into organising the prematch details.
Does anyone have anywhere in mind for a venue? Imperial was suggested to me, but I have since found out that its where the City/Heart supporters drink.
I am thinking Beer DeLuxe - was a great venue for the LFC friendly last year with plenty of room and good food however its not cheap.
Are we happy with this, or do others have better suggestions?
cricketers arms is f*cking great - has strippers and its full of legit a-grade footy gronks (y)

That's the joint right near flinders correct furns? Happy with any suggestion providing it's close to a train station and within 15-20 walking distance from the ground.
Precint hotel is not a bad pub on swan st, great menu (had prawn dumplings there back in march) however it will likely be full of heart/city fans so a pub closer to the Cbd might be more handy.
Lol q - unfortunately that's more a post game venue that I will leave in someone else's hands to organise for afters
SD Precinct looks pricey, would be better to organise Beer DeLuxe as it won't be full of City bandwagoners.
I am lining up another Richmond hotel which won't cost the earth, will advise once confirmed.
Booked for brissy away on Wednesday 3rd December got flight for $39 each way
LUCKY Bastard.
Just paid $49 each way tonight.
They have a promo on till midnight Friday on Jetstar.
Did do well and avoided paying their $8.50 each way booking fee though. Their website is ****ed now having to uncheck everything.
Cause I was reading it that well I noticed if you don't use the Credit Card but use Internet Banking or Paypal you avoid it.
just booked my first 3 away trips for the season.
melbourne citeh round 2.
wello round 3
and brisbane on the 6th on the same deal MFKS got.
copped out for $210 return with j star 6am to 6am.
i think you will be lucky to get it cheaper with the Jehovahs Witnesses boys in town.
I've got a trip booked to Adelaide for our game there
Just booked Flights for Boxing Day down to Melbourne, doing Day 1&2 at the cricket then the Victory game after day 2.
Going to rent a car and do the Great Ocean road and be back in Melbourne for NYE.
March 15th Heart Away
Just got $110 return Newy to Melburn
Leave 6am 15th match day come back 16th at about 8pm
Jetstar site until Midnight tomorrow
Though the bastards have a sale on when we seem to have a glut of home games so that the only thing of value I spotted
Jetstar not what it was - remember getting a return trip to Brisbane for $25 back in the day of $1-5 fares !
Things change and those prices were never gonna be around for ever and were only really when they were establishing themselves on the scene
I remember the days of putting $5 or $10 of petrol in the car and getting good value out of it. Not now where that amount would only be useful if you broke down to get you back to the servo to complete the job.
**** first car I had it was about $21 to fill the ****er up from empty
$55 to Melburn these days is still a pretty good price all things considered with the usual going rates
Going on their Facey page is a laugh seeing all the ****s blow up about the fees yet blissfully aware that direct deposit via Internet Banking or Paypal use sees you not require the credit card to avoid fees.
Probably the same type of idiots in the Herald blowing up when they realise they will need an Opal Card to ride the train for cheap right into Newy before the rail gets ripped up.
As for those of us who use the train for NSW away days may need to look into getting the Opal Card sorted soon as the off peak $11.60 return around NSW fare is a victim of the changes and you will have to pay more without the thing
Jetstar got another sale on till Midnight Monday
Got a flight to Brisvegas for $39 for the Socceroos Asian Cup game v Sth Korea Sat 17th jan. Haven't booked return as the fares in the Sunday are steeper than that and will weight it out and I need to come home that day but you can get $39 to return Monday if you can stick it out longer
$45 each way Brisvegas V Roar December 3rd
$49 each way Melburn V Heart away March 15-16 on the deal I already booked - For $12 more **** you Jetstar
Air NZ fights to Wellington on sale for 48 hrs for our away game against Phoenix
