How do you upgrade a junior to concession within a family and keep your seats - you would think the system would do it auto as it has DOBs.
Looks like a trip to the office.
Bit weak they only gave us one line to explain why we want to opt out of paying for this shit show.
I had many thoughts to present.
the MYJets portal seems ok if you just want to update details or pay for your membership up front, but if you want to change anything - its not capable.
Phone, as said before, seems the best option.

Brisbane are a real concern. FFA will get them up with their auto-renew trick when they take over though.
Good on the Jets for having a presence at Run Newcastle today.
I have no freaking idea who the 3 players were but at least they were interacting with people.
All the kids were scared of Jetman tho.
FFA's De Buyn and ex CEO Murphy certainly weren't exaggerating when they said the Jets players would be the hardest working in the A League, getting out and about in the community. It's all good and interacting, getting the Jets brand name out there but nothing puts bums on seats like a winning team playing positive football at home!
Gotta say, the Jets membership team are doing a good job chasing up and contacting about rejoining as a member..
Had a recorded voice message from Boogard earlier in the week, now received another one from Lab..
His closing line "Are you on board, to celebrate with me when I take off my jersey" sold it.
If I wasn't going to become a member again, I certainly am now..
These clowns have now had at least 6 cracks at trying to debit my account. ****er keeps bouncing
What sort of ****ing bullshit customer relations is this shit??
When I spoke to the club got the answer everyone was put on Auto renew as terms and conditions of last years membership purchase.
You sign up for one this year and you are on Auto Renew
Complete and utter horseshit from the club
Anyone got any numbers on how many members we have now?
There's this handy link... http://www.membership.newcastlejets.com.au/
