Honestly I never rated Ibini, regardless of him being a gypo. I was very surprised overseas teams were looking at him and he actually got a move, because he's nothing special except for running. Besides, he is just here until he heads overseas on another sojourn.Quote:

Ibini is an interesting one... neither he or griffiths are as good as burns is/can be. I really hope we can sign him for the rest of the season and maybe longer.
Also interesting to read we are interested in Hersi. It seems we are actually being linked to some quality A-league players like Hersi and Berisha. I cannot remember last time we were in the running to sign players like this!

We've been linked to plenty of high profile A-league players before… doesn't mean we've seriously had a chance. If the team can keep the momentum up long enough, and maybe complement it with Burns sticking around, it might be enough to entice one or two already decent players.
