and yeah why is Kruse out there? he is who is he. this is the same player we've seen for years. Unless coach is set on who he wants why not chuck Petratos out there and see what hes got?
Behich overlapping beautifully, don't need Kruse too. At least Petratos can hold onto a ball and pick a pass. He's likely as fast as Kruse is nowadays too.
i actually dont mind Rogic playing further up top like this, instead of pretending like he has to work back.

Jedi isn't as poor a passer as many make him out to be. He's been playing at CB for Villa over the last couple of months of the Championship. I'd think I'd prefer him on the pitch over Milligan.

Most of Nabbout’s games can be classed as hot & cold. It’s inevitable that he’ll try plenty and it won’t come off because it high-risk, high-reward, but he only needs one moment to stick, like his goal, and he’s worth it. He’s not an efficient style of player making dozens of successful passes & looking for slow buildup. It’s all or nothing.Quote:
