I'm sorry, how did every other player in the competition register?

It's a shame pratty couldn't get to his 200 games. Especially since he'd actually been training for the first time this decade by all reports.
Wouldn't mind seeing how many players left under piggo as apposed to Trev...
They may have left under piggo but he did make the gf, Trev has a lot of ground to make up
at a slightly different angle to the Pratt situation. Fairly often a couple of members on here say that players have no loyalty blah blah blah. They go around chasing the money etc. And to some degree i do agree.
I think it's fair to say that there is no loyalty in football period
Or maybe at Weston they don't like people that succeed? Piggo does well and he gets the punt. Pratt goalkeeper of the year and gets the punt. Perhaps, people at Weston are best off underperforming?
I'm sorry, I will type slower for you
The problem was if you turned 16 or 17 this year, and wanted to register for an NNSWF NPL club then the only option that came up was NPL youth 17's registering for senior NPL was not an option offered
This probably effected a few but certainly not every other player !!!!
The penalty would only stand in the nnswf kangaroo court, if you are going to make people do something a certain way than you have to ensure that the people can do it, can't then penalise people for them not being able to do something your software could not accommodate
There was a fix, but it took club involvement so took it out if player hands
So back to reds comment that every player knows, yes maybe but they can't do what the system won't allow
even if he registered in 17s he would be right . dumb by club, were there u/17s in 22s
piggo couldn't handle the banjo , so gooone
Much appreciated. However, they are the only club to lose points? So everybody else must have figured it out of rested their players.
Docking of points is justified if that is the case. What are they going to protest? If they are the only ones who can't register a player before playing them, they have no excuses.
At the end of the day the club has a print off or access to a list of registered players.
Correct
I know forever red will have trouble accepting that a committee might have made a mistake
It's easy to call every one dumb and to assume every one knows as much as every one else but end of the day obviously not every one knew and ultimately it is the registrar who has to know who is good to play and who is not
That's why team mates can't be filthy at each other in this instance, filthy with club yes or committee yes
So your telling a bloke turns up to play knowing he hasn't registered himself online yet it's someone else's fault, don't think so
Pratty has signed with Magic, according to my sources
Anybody know tonight's scores?
He has been training with the squad for months, he may have even payed rego to the club. It is still the committees fault for not ensuring every player in their squad is registered.
Considering this is a semi-professional outfit and the squad is selected the committee should ensure that the squad that has been selected by their officials can play and if one isn't they are responsible for informing the coach and manager. Had the coach and manager ignored that then the blame rests with the coach and manager, but if no one informs them they aren't to know.
But as WB said you can't accept that committee members make mistakes, so no point hashing over it. Committee members are volunteers so sometimes they will make mistakes they just need to accept it, own up to their failings and learn from it to prevent it happening again.
