I'm getting the feeling of de Ja vu.
This is all middleby's fault for quitting and hence not being there to blame, clearly

Yeap sure do.
I know everything that you have said is the apitimy of a plastic bandwagon fan, you don't like how the Club is traveling and you don't want to show up to games yet you're happy to come back when you do like how the Club is traveling.
That's the apitimy of a plastic fan and that is you.
oh ffs. take it to a different thread. what the **** does this have to do with a-league transfers?
I am not making an assumption that your a plastic supporter at all. Those who are abandoning the club are plastic supporters I am not assuming anything about this. If you personally are abandoning the club in our hour of need then you are a plastic supporter. Deal with it.
As for being broken anyone who is quitting has been broken already. Premy and I ain't quitting just like a lot of our supporters are not quitting because we see this is part of the journey we are on. Shit scenery none the less but part of the journey. That doesn't make us any greater supporters than anyone else.
It just means no one can refer to us as plastic fans because we will have been through the hard times and stuck solid to the club.
Borat made some good points..... A few pages back.
I reackon Member is the most plastic fan out there.
lquiquer created an event: Next home game, Friday 6th February 7.40 pm V Roar... lquiquer is going.....Who's coming? (lquiquer is apparently not a plastic fan, but could do with few [plastic] Bunnings chairs for the backyard, now they are being recycled).........
So putting the handbags down for a moment we now have 2 Visa spots available.
Assuming for a second that Tinks will open the chequebook, who do we sign.
My suggestion, Aziz Mashaan of Kuwait. Plays as a creative No 10, very fit and mobile. Was outstanding vs Korea and drove the team forward, off contract and wants to come to the A-League

Captain of Iran. No idea who he plays for. Absolutely bosses their midfield and didn't miss a tackle. Was a beast!
it's quite ironic that we have people talking about showing up in gold to rebel against the current regime when it is not even close to the level of ****ery we experienced under con and co.
Where in all the post have I said I'm abandoning the club? If you would actually take your head out of your ass and think rather than just mouthing off as usual then you might of picked up on the idea that I actually support "the club" . My suggestion of a game boycott was in protest of those who are entrusted with the running of "the club" which even you have pointed out in one of you many many enlightening posts, aren't doing a nearly good enough job of it. Tinkler, palmer, middleby, stubbins and the rest are only caretakers in their roles for "the club", the fans, whether you think they are plastic or not, are the soul of the club and with that responsibility it falls on all fans to do what they think is right to let those caretakers know that they aren't doing a good enough job. Maybe a boycott is the last line but by the way things look at the moment that last line could be approaching sooner rather than later.
You go ahead and keep calling me plastic, bandwagon jumping beacause it will make you puff up your chest a little more to feel superior than someone else. I'll keep reading you post on her belittling everything about the club whilst you're out there wearing your gold Cape and fitting for justice as the uber supporter.
Like it or not a boycott is an abandonment, also like it or not suggesting it will come with criticism.
The fact that you're trying to take the high road and make jibes about us being superior fans because we will stay loyal reeks of hypocrisy.
The last line maybe approaching but as you suggested a boycott/abandonment is the last line, why not suggest another form of of protest before we get to the last option instead of suggesting a boycott as the first option.
Please come on. that's a pretty long bow to draw. A boycott is nothing like abandonment. A boycott is a statement that whilst we support the club we will not turn up in numbers to make it look like everything is rosy. A boycott is saying, you guys in charge are embarrassing us supporters with what you are doing so we are going to embarrass you by leaving you with an empty stadium to be broadcast on TV. Abandonment is leaving all together, never to return or worse supporting someone else. Sure a boycott of a game isn't the nicest thing for the players who give there all. Maybe banners and songs are the way to start. A big banner across the eastern grandstand saying Tinkler out or fix this or simply help us might be a good way to start. I will conceed to you that as a first line of attack a boycott isn't the nicest thing but when push comes to shove drastic action is needed and Tinkler doesn't exactly listen to anyone (except the team of lawyers he must pay a fortune to) and Stbbins is certainly living up to the stubbin part of his name with his reluctance to quit.
Lets agree that a boycott is for a last dramatic action and other things can be done first but it is something that all supporters should consider might need to be done.
**** your confusing.
One minute you are advocating boycott Jets games as a form of protest. Premy and myself have taken issue with this as it is an action of a Plastic Fan at no stage after this have you ever back tracked and conceded your suggestion/idea was incorrect and an over reaction. Hell you are continuing to go out of your way to justify your position on the matter.
Contrasting this you seem to take a great deal of offence to the term plastic fan and any association to you being one and are now trying to convince us you are anything but a plastic fan.
Your stance on this matter is quite contradictory.
As for you assertion that I make no posts that are positive about the club I will point out I am a glass is half empty type of guy. Ask me to find fault and I am in my element. Not my fault that at present it is far too easy to find fault at this club.
There are others out there who are glass is half full guys. I am what I am.
PS Also I don't need to puff my chest out to feel superior. I already know I am :woo::sup:
Firstly I don't need to back track or apollogies, though i will conceed that a boycott is a drastic action and other means of protest could/should be looked at. My initial post was tinged with a bit of anger at the constant bad press about the club, whether its recycled or not, it is constant and as you point out there is plenty wrong with the club.
Secondly, yeah i do take offense to being labelled a plastic fan. By calling me that you imply that I mearly have my own interest at heart that the jets are nothing more to me than a way to pass 90 min each week. i may not attend as many away games as you or others, I may not name my first born Joel or do what it is that you and Premy perceive is needed to be a true fan but to label me plastic because I suggest drastic action in drastic times is insulting. There is no contradiction, only a matter of opinion.
Glass half full/half empty is of little concern at the moment....Tinkler and the management of the club seem to be trying to smash the glass and leave us with the pieces to pick up....that you and I should be able to agree on.
I hope Tinks' first point of business is to transfer all of our 'plastic' and 'superior' fans so that this thread can get back on topic.
Until y'all are turning over cop cars and setting fire to shit then yer not proper sockah fans anyway.
Water off a ducks back, lets all move on, this forum hardly even makes sense and arguments rarely come to a effective conclusion so lets all move on.
Thinks is more likely to tell Stubbins to go shopping in a cheaper window.
Any locals ready to kit up?
NSWPL players?

Probably the fastest centreback pairing the A-League would have ever seen, too.
