Yeah I agree..
I think Brilliante is wasted in the backs.. Need him in the centre of the park..

Just looking at depth in the squad to play a 442 with a midfield diamond. IMO we are still short on an attacking/midfield player and I am hoping we do sign Burns.
----------------Taggart/Sth American------Griffiths
--------------------------Flores/Barresi/Cooper
Carney/Goodwin----------------------------------------------Hoole/Virgilli
----------------------------Kanta/Oxborrow
Gallaway/Pepper----Jaliens----------Madaschi/Regan------Brillante/Neville
---------------------------Birraz/Kennedy
I'm much more concerned with those left back options, so very poor, whilst the rest of the squad looks to be well balanced.
I'm curious what happens with this South American ST if we do somehow keep taggart. Does the guy just get benched or does Stubbins change to 4-3-3?
Feel sorry for BK, Gallaway and Virgilli. With Caravella, Mitchell etc gone they're going to cop much more of the Foz hate.
Assuming this South American guy is a marquee, regardless of who he is I see no point getting a marquee and benching him. Also, gonna be pretty tough to justify subbing off a guy who got Golden Boot, youth player of the year and who got picked for the World Cup squad
:roflz:FFS BK will be on the bench
Birraz will be starting keeper.
Galloway won't be seen
Bridges is gone
GYPO REJECT Flores is the man to hate on.
So the herald today says we are waiting for immigration approval with this mysterious South American striker
Can't we just come 7th again?
Adam Taggart has signed with Fulham

IS that finally confirmed or still just speculative?
My source from inside the club has said it is a done deal. He also said that we have signed two more players which will be announced this week. No hints on the players.
If Taggz is goneski, those two players better both be strikers
As if you'd trust that foti bloke. When has he been right before? :lulz:
Best of luck to you taggz, try to get a loan deal back here please.
£180,000??
Seems low
Thats the amount of his release clause mate $400k
Taggz will learn sweet FA in the Championship. Huge mistake. Australian football needs him to develop and learn, not get the sh!t kicked out of him. Yeah, I know the championship is a good standard but it is not a technically developed standard or a league that will prepare him for international football as a striker. I wish him well all the same.
Agreed. Too many experts of aust football think the only way a HAL player can develop nowadays is to go to Eredivisie, Bulli 2, Belgium, etc.
Fulham have bugger all strikers. Meaning more opportunity for taggz.
Great move for him imo. I reckon he suits the english system to a tee.
Good on him. Championship is good for his development, but unless they are promoted within the 2 years or he ends up scoring a handful of goals, he may be lost and drop off the radar.
