So what are the chances of let's say getting bay 1,2,3 at least as general admission bays from next season? We seem to lack general admission seating compared to most a-league clubs (excluding hills).
I just think if we get surrounding bays of the squadron as ga we could have a great opportunity in getting part timers in more understanding of the squadron in chants. From my time spent in bay 3 in the earlier seasons more so seasons 3-4 hardly anyone really got involved and seemed more so there to soak the atmosphere up.
Bay 1 now to be active for newbiesQuote:

Isn't the general admission on the hills and cheaper than the stands???
I interpreted it as anyone on the Gold/Silver/Community(ie cheap seats in the stands) would get a pass to get into Bay 1 and would cost nothing as they were moving to seats cheaper/equivalent value. That way Jets could record details of who was going in there to deal with troublemakers etc
Anyone on the hills would have to pay the $5 upgrade as they were moving to a dearer area of ground.
Great to see - hope it continues. Still no word on whether we are able to advertise the NSW Away Coaches on the Jets website yet.
You have raised a good point there. Still $5 is really not much of a ask is it?
Back more on active support any chants that have been given the flick from recent seasons or should we still sing them? Talking more so chants that only get sung at some games.
.We travel land and sea, to **** the victory
. Kasabian fire chant
. We are the squadron, the boys from the hunter, we beat the central coast etc
there is a difference in opinion in da 4ctiv3 5upp0rt about the first and third songs, i.e. some people absolutely froth over them, other people loathe them
land and sea was always embarrassing imo, as it was a pisstake on a melbourne song that was sung at the pub when muz brought his mates with him back in the old days IIRC
your we are da squadron song still gets a call up
fire was more just a stupid spur of the moment thing that caught on a couple of times, has only really been audible once i reckon, and that was when there was no-one there and the older boys doing it
thomo completely responsible for the fire chant - died since the tall bugger stopped coming to games
i thought it was one r.snake
could have been - thats a mighty collaboration
