Alternatively, I have been told by people living or have lived in the area that no Western or even Russian production has ever come close to representing Soviet Life in terms of production design, including even down to the light switches and schoolbags. This show is not lazy in any way, it is just a phenomenal Western production. Been binge watching The Expanse the last week or so, really enjoying it. Great sci fi story-wise and production values are fantastic.
Just started season 3.

After several years since seeing it, I am now rewatching Community. I really love that show.

tbh went into it thinking it was going to be Kenny Powers 2.0 but couldnt have been more wrong.
Its really well written and the characters are great. Its kind of dark too which i wasnt expecting.
Its 9 episodes and they absolutely nail the landing. you kind of dont want it to go to a 2nd season but i think its been a ratings winner so it will prob end up happening.
also expected Danny McBride to be 90% of the show but Walter Goggins steals the whole damn thing. Hes absolutely brilliant.
Just finished 2 seasons of Mindhunter on netflix.
Excellent period show that delves into the formation of the FBI criminal behaviour unit and the use of psychology to help catch serial killers.
