Club/FFA were pretty clear that this kit was not negotiable in the tinkler ousting era, but everything including club colours were open for discussion for next season (16/17) when we'll be the Dundee United crocodiles.

Respectable clean kit - not some subliminalted vomit concoction.
Was always gonna be pretty clean.
Red as predominant colour would have been too Adelaide.
This way the kit is clean, uses more than just the token gold piping, reflects badge colour and is unique to the league.
Love it, hate it, I don't care. But I think the reasoning behind its choice is pretty sound.

Personally I would have liked them to go with a harlequin half/half but they're also hindered by whatever tripe BLK offer up as templates.
Not a fan, might grow on me though once I see a cleaner photo, and inspected the back to see if its cape free.
I pray we don't re-sign with BLK, easily the worst kit designs in the league history, I have money, love my club, I'm willing to buy new kits each year... stop making me add to my savings account instead. On the bright side that's 2 of the possible 5 kits this year, maybe they will fluke a nice clean kit design at some point, they still have three more attempts but I'm not holding out any great hope with regards to the RAAF kit, it screams tacky gimmick BLK special.
The Jaffas had BLK kits this year, and they were really nice.
So we are releasing 5 kits Thursday. I think it will be the home, away, Jet outfield kits and the two goal keeper kits.
I don't reckon the gold kit will be launched
Didn't the club also say there will be a special limited edition 3 game only RAAF themed kit that we will wear against Brisbane?

Anyone else see this? Fair indicator of the colour.
I don't mind that shade of blue as long as its done in a nice simple design. As someone else said, it is the colour in our logo.
Just hope there is a healthy dose of gold in the away strip. Been way too many bland, uninspiring predominantly white away kits in the A League's history.
