I think he's seen what happened an man Utd and wil be working longer to sort some succession planning.

Youth set up has already been overhauled, lots of old boys have lost their jobs.

Big off season to see if those cracks get acknowledged. Close to another interesting offseason as all jets fan/gooners have become accustomed to recently
