Young bloke was offered a contract mate, but I guess he felt if he was seriously in coaches plans he would have got more game time then eight off the bench this year, especially with injuries up front and in the midfield, just wants to play football so has chose to go back to his home club under a good coach in Dmac and leaving door open down the track when the 30+ blokes decide to hang up the boots or get moved on. IMO Hay is one of the better players in the NPL full stop. But he has benifited from being at a strong club with experience around him, I think he will make a difference to Valentine, but hopefully not at cost of his own games development

Make it public and known what is needed, what needs to be improved, what simply isn’t good enough.
Aim is for maximum 14 teams in 1 NPL And minimum of 8.
It gives clubs very little time when it comes to signing players, sponsors etc etc if you happen to get promoted
Zane appears to be doing something right, looking at results.
