dirty coasties
I'm not meant to say it here but I enjoyed that. Fuçk Victory.
Hate to admit it but Simon being a c**t won them the game.
The Jets need a c**t.....
This has to be the most sensible thing any Gypo has ever said.

0-3 down after 20 mins.
Let's see Simon get them out of this one.

Get a load of this grub. Old mate's house is flooded and just to make it even more memorable he ploughs through it drenching the bloke. As if this elderly gentleman wasn't going through enough at that moment.

which is quite humourous if you like seeing cunce get their comeuppance
Fmd...you can't write this shit.
But the coast can :rof:
in amongst a story about Moss setting up a coaching association, there is this little gem.
https://www.theguardian.com/football...ralian-coaches
Quote:
This particular backstory included a complicated working relationship with the club’s hierarchy. “I was asked to set up for a rugby lineout at a corner,” Moss explains. “That was designed to create headlines and get the Mariners brand viral.
They lost.
Also, they recruited Jair, lulz.
Did score a banger.Quote:

Charlesworth handing the licence back if a buyer can't be found.

Quote:
Having pumped in millions during a tempestuous tenure which began with an A-League championship, only to quickly go awry, the battle-weary English telecoms millionaire will hand the license back to Football Federation Australia if a majority investor can’t be unearthed, placing the future of the franchise in grave doubt.
After four wooden spoons in five years, and previous unsuccessful attempts to attract serious partners, London-based Charlesworth acknowledged frustrated fans will likely be “happy to see a new direction - and I understand that”.
@SMielekamp
Relieving win last night a reward for hard work, professionalism and mental toughness in crazy times last night. Emphasised by the news that Mike has decided to depart the club. Stay strong Mariners fans this is a daunting but hopefully exciting part of our wonderful history.
Anyone got a spare $4 million?

Can honestly see Charlesworth going with the highest bidder and selling the club regardless of where they want to put it - prime chance for Canberra, South Melbourne or one of the Brisbane bids to get into the league.
so is there anyone like Ruiz-Diaz we want to poach? (not like we don't have a strong contingent of gypos already, one or two more won't be noticed)
this is the best possible outcomeQuote:

Canberra or South Melbourne would be my preference
won't get too excited until we see the Mariers close the caravan door and Hutcho cry
Too right Boz, Canberra the best case scenario for mine.
Ruiz-Diaz and Birraz probably the only two worth poaching... however after watching Birraz's effort for Victory's first goal last night perhaps not. Duric is good on his day but a bit old and injury prone. Maybe Kuol for the lolz.
Any club is crazy not to take Silvera. He is one player that you can almost be certain will get a decent transfer fee one day.
I personally really liked what I saw of Jordan Murray pre-AL and wouldn't be against us taking him either.
As a good will gesture to Jets fans Martin Lee should buy the Mariners and then let us burn their stadium to the ground.
Charlesworth apparently proposed a merger between the Mariners and Jets :wtf:
