I get the feeling Birraz will be starting Saturday
Great work from BK on the second goal. :lulzturtle:
Great work from BK on the 3rd goal :lulzturtle:
BK should be back riding the pine Saturday :lulzturtle:

I am fine Plague
I was actually cheering every time Heart scored.
Sees my Middleby Out dream coming closer to reality.
Was actually upset that Heart didn't score more. They were inept also and it says a lot that they scored 5 yet rarely pushed or tried for the ten that were on offer
Neither covered the near post and left a giant gap. Also hesitated and should have been out to close down Koran the second it was diverted.
You want to list Birraz failings in great detail the time has arrived for BK to cop it
3rd goal complete lack of command of the area. Allowed a free header 4 metres out Kisnorbo ****ed it up before diverted to Duff
Also great save in the second half to parry a shot straight back to the penalty spot. Surprisingly it Didn't end up in the net cause that is where shit like that deserves to :whistling:
It's a shame we are so shit because Montano is an absolute beast, if he were in a team that were actually decent he would have a ton of goals by now.
My only consolation is that the forum remains the same. Whatever the result, whether it be a freak win or dogsh|t like today, I know this place will be discussing the keeper's merits.
I see the forum as a comforting blanket, a warm bosum or perhaps an internet version of the foetal position.
Tiring - Birraz is leaving in January and will probably never play for the Jest again. Even allowing for one or two judgement errors, BK still doesn't look like the flapping cat on a hot tin roof Birraz became.Quote:

And he has yet to concede a "howler".
Keeper tends to be number one topic when you have the worst defense in the comp.Would rather winge about all the goals our forwards keep missing.
Time to promote the Jaffas.
BK is pathetic. But so are the 10 guys in front of him. Should bring back Biraz, he had cooler hair.
Whether Koren would have scored or not is irrelevant.
BK needed to do everything he could to close him down and make himself as big as he could. He failed dramatically and left a huge hole on the near post to slot in.
BK failed in the basics of goalkeeping and made it easy for a player of Korens talent.
Seriously bud, the whole team was diabolical. How about we talk about caravella's need to pass backwards when he has other options or even despite trying hard, hoole's desperate need to flop every time he is confronted rather than going in with the play.
Seriously, picking on the goalkeeper when the defence and midfield is completely shite is utterly pointless and patheticly repetitive.
How long is Biraz under contract for?
Having 90% percent of our 54% possession in our own half doesn't mean shit all. GvE's biggest issue was that we did exactly the same thing! He was hounded for it! If we had the majority of possession in their half, then I would agree with you, but we didn't. We just held it in our own half and hoped for the best.
Tbh, I think the most telling thing was about half the people around bay 55 clapping when they got their fourth and/or fifth, I can't remember.
Just saw the highlights.
I have BK at fault for all 5 Heart goals as well as both the Jets ones.
7 goals in one game is a disgrace.
BK out.
I also did like how Jeronimo decided to artificially boost our shots at goal stat by shooting from kickoff in a vain attempt to catch Tando out
The difference being is that City played the correct tactic against us, sit and wait for the inevitable **** up and ineptitude of our defenders
They scored 4 counter attacking goals and one penalty. If we were more direct in our play and use Montys strength in the air a lot more by whipping crosses in we would have definitely gotten something out of it
I blame terry venables.
I was all kinds of wrong on the crowd prediction.
I feel sorry for the extra 4.9k that showed up.
snake - that crowd was pretty similar to the other crowds we've had this year, that all were stated around that 9-10k mark. I think the Western Stand is deceiving and has more people in it that it looks, because the hills aren't exactly packed and the SunStand (aka Eastern) has a lot of seats.
Would like to put my opinion on 2 topics. 1 - Who I'd retain at the club from last nights squad. 2 - How/who I'd play based on who is currently on the books at the club.
Last night.
BK - gone
Neville - give a chance
Madaschi - gone
Welsh - gone
Hoole - give a chance
Virgili - gone
Kantarovski - gone
Caravella - give chance
Carney - give chance
Griffiths - keep
Montano - keep
Bench
Birra - gone
Kew - give chance
Neumann - keep
Pepper - keep
I'm happy to explain a couple of those above that draw strong opinions. Caravella, in a decent footballing side (which we would welcome) is an asset as his work rate and ability to keep the ball moving is very good. Yes, he does go backward and sideways too much but we are incorrectly expecting him to be a creator in this shambolic setup. It's not his game. Carney I think could be massive for this club if he wants to be here! His versatility and quality on the ball would be important in a decent side footballing side (again assuming). Kew - many love him but take the blinkers off and watch his positional play, sometimes its nothing short of awful. I think he has become a favourite here maybe because of a distinct lack of others for fans to gravitate to. Kantarovski - I've pushed him out the door because I think he needs it. I nearly wrote "kid" there and there lays the problem, he's not a kid anymore and his game hasn't gone to the next level and a change may be all he needs to fulfil his potential.
Provided fit, the 4231 for next game assuming all fit;
Scolari
Neville. Kanta. Kew. Carney.
Pepper. Caravella
Neumann Flores Griffiths
Montano
The only pair that gave me anything to think about were Celeski and Hoole.
Thoughts anyone?
Solari is terrible. If he started yesterday, it would have been double figures on 1 side of the scoreboard
I'll second that. You think Biraz is bad in the air, wait until you see Scolari.
Just fold the club
Can't believe Stubbins used the "short turn around" excuse..... Sorry should say CAN believe he used that excuse..... Was more expecting the hot conditions excuse, but then it was also hot for city......
If Birraz trial rumour is true and he leaves soon. BK will be playing in the Gong member
Short turn around? Team off the pace? Deal with it Phil!!!! Other managers did!!!!
Simply put, City had obviously watched the videos of our last two games (if we don't have a VCR I can dig one up) and tore us apart in the first 10 minutes down the flanks. Blind Phil should have acted then and reverted to a back 4, hauling the Virgin off and getting Kew on the field. That would have created
BK
Neville Kew Dash Training cone Welsh
Carney Kanta Roundabout Hoole
Griff Beast
But no. Phil did NOTHING.
My team for Smurfs
BK
Neville Kew Dash Pepper
Carney Kanta Hoole
Flores
Beast Jeronimo
If Flores isn't fit enough use Roundabout or Griff when he runs out of steam
I really think Pepper is not the answer at left back but he will give his all and is better than Gallagher, Galloway and Welsh. Do we have a youth player worth blooding here? After all, the season is gone.
Cowburn?
