I think Ang is starting to struggle.

And about phucking time too.
Our passing was honkin'
That Dutch (bastard) coach shouldn't get a pay check tonight.
They took their foot off the pedal when there was blood to be had.
Breath = not being held. If we come out of a loss from Saitama with
only 1 goal margin then there may be hope. I expect Japan to
still win both matches...even the game in Riyadh.
UAE could put a spanner in Saudi's works yet.
Might come down to having to pump Thailand. We'll need 4-0
and win 4-1.
Tashkent: here we come....
I don't think his job is as easy as people think
Not forget that when he arrived the cupboard was bare of players thanks to Verbeek and Osiek perseverance with the 2006 generation
Ange has had to develop a squad from way behind the 8 ball
Leckie Mooy all 26
Ryan Juric Sainsbury all 25
Rogic Luongo Irvine Wright all 24
Smith Degenek all 23
He has only had Milligan Jedinak Kruse and Cahill who have ever qualified for a WC before and Timmy aside none of them were starring figures in previous sides
Ange has actually set the next man up well as he will leave with a core group with 30 or so caps and comfortable at this level experience wise and good for another 2WCQ campaigns
Fingers crossed in the next few years we can see some of these blokes push into bigger leagues and clubs
Fingers crossed we can also find a ****ing striker as Ange has been handicapped by lack of options his entire reign
This is actually our hardest WCQ campaign in Asia so far and it was always going to be
Next one we should be much better placed to succeed
I think the confederations cup will be a good thing. Get the players away in camp for a few weeks, play a minimum of 3 matches and come back with the eyes on finishing off the qualification in style against Japan and Thailand.
It was a very quiet crowd last night. I wish we had the sporting mentality to make it difficult for visiting teams by creating a hostile atmosphere but it's not in our nature generally.
The thing that would be required to do that is missing thanks to the leftist fools on the PC bandwagon belting it out of everyone
Imagine if we gave the opposition a hard time and a hostile atmosphere last night ??
The response would be we are a bunch of red neck racist bogans hating on the insert religious types
Patriotism is being belted out of us thanks to this ridiculous desire to not offend and be inclusive
Who said it was easy? Stop making sh1t up.
He is struggling to break teams down and defence is worse then yrs past.
The players are a factor as well.
We had a 2 all with Thailand just let that sink in.
We dont deserve to be any where near a tourny atm. And the saudis can root a pig
I watched the game live in Bangkok
For the first 20/25 mins we dominant
We got the early goal but we didn't seize enough control
Then after that they grabbed a goal from their first notable attack
Did they deserve it ?? No
From that moment on they just grew in confidence
The crowd roared them on
Our blokes were lethargic and struggling in the heat and humidity
To be fair we were lucky to escape with a point
But here is the thing
I watch the football in Thailand
They are not as bad as their FIFA Ranking
They are not as bad as their WC Qualifier results
They just lacking self belief
Might take a decade or two to get it through their ears but they will surpass our country one day in the pecking order or football
So don't think the result was a poor one because it isn't
Thailand have one point....we are undefeated but have drawn four games.
Those two points will come back to haunt us.
Just read about that minute silence thingy.
Seems a bit odd.
wrong. Result was aids. save the excuses for some dullardQuote:

It also quite bizarre to try holding it when the opposition team is from the exact area where the opposition support the opposition for that political issue
All a minutes silence is doing is creating an issue
Get on with the game because quite frankly it does not make one ****ing iota of difference if a minute silence is held
Sign of changing times and I do slightly agree we overdo grief over strangers these days. The emotional journalism and social media have made it this way.
The IRA blew up hundreds and I never witnessed a minutes silence in the 70's and 80's, but did if old Cyril the board member passed away.
Drawing a long bow, but if we happen to play Syria in the next round (as is still possible) and they hold a minutes silence for victims of US bombing, it would not be comfortable for our guys.
I wasn't comfortable when they announced it in respect to who the opposition was.
Not trying to be funny or nasty here, just an observation from an older sweat.
