I woke up this morning and checked the scores... Saw Colombia 3-2 on penalties so chuckled that England were out on penalties again before going back to sleep. Can't believe I'd checked the score during the shootout :(

How both teams retained 11 players on the field is beyond me. The ref was bordering on losing control of that game.
