I'd be willing to give Zenon the position, but it will only be if we've already filled up the roles with the big names, the guys who will be in the starting 11 and we're just looking to fill spots
Pretty well 99.9% of supporters are in agrement that the Muppet should go, I am also of the opinion that Pascoe should not be a part of this new era also.
Showed his true character at the time of the sackings of people who he had worked with, especially Zane, when he saw it as an opportunity to promote his own selfish interests, not what was best for the club.
On top of that in his role with Hunter Sports High and the Youth team (how the hell was he allowed to do both these roles!!!) if you had a look at the players that have actually come through this "pathway" in recent years you would have to ask....WHO???
Over the past few years he has been responsible in bringing in numerous kids in particular from Sydney and even interstate....taking up what should be local kids spots..... but apart from Rad who has actually gone on to play A League?
Can't wait to here when Muppet has officially been sacked but sure as hell won't be losing any sleep if his right hand man in this whole torrid chapter, Pascoe goes as well.

Cowburn Pappas Michael Kanta should be asking serious questions as to why they haven't been given a deal. Matter of fact 90% of the squad in the NPL team is better than him

That's why we need a cleanout and in the future we need accountability so people like Pascoe can't just seemingly do want they want.

Mulvey inherited an extremely talented and well coached squad and, despite a short term success, slowly unravelled all of Ange's good work. The Mulvey squad at the end of his tenure was a shambles and very short on cohesion and structure. No way to Mulvey.

Whoever we get all I ask for as a supporter is that in the decision process we get a coach who is a true mentor, almost like a father figure to his players......one who the players want to play for week in week out.
One who doesn't play "favourites" but picks the best XI available every week and knows how to get the best out of his players and doesn't blame others when things are not working but takes full responsibility.
One who says things with meaning and substance and shows transparency so that supporters are not treated like mushrooms in the dark.
One who inspires confidence in his players to realise their true potential.
One who brings back honesty and integrity to the role so that supporters can believe in him and trust him.
Most importantly, one who knows how to instill a winning mentality and winning culture in the club and the players!
Having said all that I've read it back and it pretty well sums up everything that Stubbins is NOT!

Of the other possibles the all are on par in my view. Would love to see us find a Gombau somewhere but I doubt we will go overseas.
