pricing at the brewery compared to the Harp?
Printable View
Brewery is a bit fancy. Harp is more of a dingy pub, but one that you grow to love - also has big screens usually playing sport, and karaoke on weekend nights. I don't remember exactly the pricing, but I'd hazard a guess solely from the appearance of the two, that the Harp would be cheaper.
Pre season last year
Myself and 3 others went to the steelers club for a couple pre drinks. Right across the road from the stadium too. Drinks were fairly priced from memory.
The shopping centre there isn't too bad for anyone planning on getting there early on for a feed.
Any nearby pools or aquatic centres?
Gong rsl
I'll play it by ear finish work at 12 then heading straight down so should be there at 4 And staying the night
great news for those who were considering train down to woolongong.
Citirail have been ever so kind to schedule trackwork between wyong and gosford so bus trip between the two
Also a pre purchased ticket will give you free public transport to and from Woolongong according to Citirail

4hours on multiple trains plus a 30min tour of the Gypo Coast just to get home
This ****ing pre match beer better taste ****ing good cause it is all I am holding onto
Harp hotel boys
See you there
Anyone heading to melbourne next weekend
Yeah ****ing chuffed at the prospect. It looked like it had fallen through with other shit coming up. That fell through so have to go now.
For some ****ing insane reason I have trips to Brisbane Victree planned also and being Wanderers is a mandatory home game in NSW it looks like I am seeing every ****ing minute of this trainwreck in the flesh. Being I have only done one interstate trip so far after the Roar game got rearranged they are all now bookended and of the 4 I had planned 3 are at the arse end of the season
So where is the pre game drinking session
Ok...
So what's the plan next weekend?
Strafield Hotel the on to Parra? What time train are we getting?
I'm heading down with a mate.
True Waterboy and SB are pretty keen, Beeen will come if we pressure him, If Bon doesn't have a wedding to go to I reckon he will come and PV4 said he'll meet us on the train at Gosford.
MFKS, Hawk?
Who else is in?
i might come ay
Do yall have tickets already? Wanderers sold their home games out at the start of the season basically, iirc.
I think from faint memory i picked some tickets back then. Will have to check. I am pretty keen on the idea atm though.
Yeah I'm pretty sure i got tickets in the away allocation, but I'm fairly sure they were all exhausted way back then too. All you had to do was go to the ticketing site and the password was Flores10 or something like that - something that any person could have done and i assume did do. i bought my tickets for both Parra games at the same time.
I better wear New Balance clobber on this day. According to one flog, as soon as you're wearing ADIDAS you are "up for it".
$44 holy crap!!
I'll post something tomorrow.
Shot a msg to someone who has the right contacts soon as know something I'll share the info.
You needed a password to get in. Otherwise it says sold out.
I think you also needed to get to the site via the link on the jets webpage.
Pv4 is right, pasword had so ring to do with Flores, and for the game earlier in the season it was griffiths. Ironic.
