Having a further read of it, Mitch Cooper falls under the criteria for a "Loyalty Player" of which $200,000 can sit outside the cap. BK and Kanta are the only other 2.
Did Pav come through our Youth system? Cowburn (if he's still under 23) and Pav could also fulfill the criteria to have up to $150,000 sit outside the cap.

As for Pavicevic he is a Sydney based junior who was dragged up here 4 or so years ago and put into the NYL and EJ NPL sides.
So depending on how FFA view where junior starts as being NYL/NPL arrival or they go back further.
Because if they go back further then Hoole Kantarovski are not Jets juniors due to playing for Magic as kids

My thoughts are well known that Cowburn will start LB. What will be interesting is if Nabbout can force his way into the starting side. Possibly for Poljak with Brown shifting to 6.
