I'm not 100% convinced as the person who told me isn't a big football fan and their exact words were "pretty sure I just saw that dude who scored the winning goal of the Asian Cup at Honeysuckle with some suits this morning"

Is Jets HQ at Wickham still? It would make sense that a meeting over brunch to be at Honeysuckle if that's the case.

I didn't even think of that connection.

saw him at Bunnings buying some paint and rollers. can only mean he's brought a place and is doing a bit of work before moving in.

He was on loan in Belgium, from Juve. His career was always extremely weird because of his Juve contract status.
