VAR decision looked to be a conversation between var and ref. Ref looked to explain why he didnt think it was a pen and stuck with his decision. Was suprised it wasnt given to be honest. Think the extra step and his diving past caught up to him. Not sure if the fact he was going away from goal also came into his thinking. Yep totally agree. He just kept taking them on and then stuffing up the important next pass and stuff the attack up. For all the good he did, he did so much crap as well and dissapeared when he changed wings in the second half. George did a good job on him. Just cant believe the hype they kept going with every time he touched the ball. He made a simple control that any player in the aleague should do and it was like he scored mcgrees goal.
