Just because it's related to the club and it's sale.
He can set up talks but he doesnt set foot in the club.
That cvnt told his players to kill us and he taught hutcho everything he knows.

Strebre hangs up the whistle and puts the cards back in the deck.
Overall, he was a pretty good referee for the Jets.
- 22 matches refereed. Jets had a W-D-L record of 10-4-8
- 39 yellow cards to Jets players, 34 to opposition players
- Awarded Jets 4 penalties, 3 to the opposition.
- Gave 3 Jets players red cards - all of them straight reds. Also gave 3 to opposition players (2 straight)
- 3 Jets players were Marcello Fiorentini, Nick Carle and Nigel Boogaard. Boogaard also received a red from Delovski in a Jets v Adelaide match back in 13/14
- Jets never lost to Perth under Strebre.
- The 4 draws were only against 2 teams - Victory (3) and Perth (1)
- Zads was the most booked player with 4.
Didn't we lose the game V Perth after Boogz got sent or it is not a loss anymore??
Ill remember stebre as the ref who always allows our players to get hacked down tackle after tackle without doing anything to stop it
^^^
Didn't mind old Strebre, sure he made mistakes from time to time but when you compare him to Williams and Beath, he had a likeable demeanour about him because he at least came across as a ref who tried to communicate with the players on their level. He also generally liked to let the game flow and probably allowed the "advantage rule" better than anyone.
Perth just signed Rhys Williams for a year

interesting article in today's Newcastle Herald
Some interesting comments too.
Shows how clueless some people are with the comment from "Mighty Miller Fan": If the prospective owner doesn't want Miller, we don't want the owner.:rof:
I don't think it would be ideal to change coaches again, our 5th in 3 seasons, but if the new owner who is putting his own money into this club thinks he has a better option who will get this club out of the doldrums, then who are we to complain.
would rather have Millertime than end up with an import like van Schitt... ;)Quote:

Hearing chinese fella wants to bring in his own coach
Good
It been a while since we got a new one
I put dibs on the Mystery Man OUT thread
I know i have a terrible memory but isn't there a 3 month give notice deal with Miller. New owner would only have to cough up 12 weeks wages if he wished to part ways with him prematurely.
Not sure about JP and JVS and Co. Prob the same.
IMO i think Miller should be allowed to serve out his remaining year but hey at the end of the day if there is a new owner it is his prerogative i guess which way he goes regarding the management and coaching staff line up.
If miller was really trying to set us up for the long term he should have been absolute **** and played shit ****s worse than Stubbins, that way when a new owner replaces hm everyone is relieved and embraces the new guy.
As it stands any new potential manager has his work cut winning over people who liked Miller's mentality and reckon he deserves to continue.
Any new dude better have the team winning straight away.
I for one hope Miller gets to stay.
