Norths were always going to be up and around the top 3, they are the most experienced team in the comp with Crabs. Bolwarra have a great young core to build around, I'd expect them to be playing at this level for a while, will challenge again, if not be one of the favourites next season.Quote:

I watched Bolwarra today, they basically abused South Maitland in the first 5 minutes? worth a watch on BarTV. Bolwarra are finals ready. Very disappointing no commentary.

A straight red for a Minmi defender late in the game in reserves.
A very aggressive game in First Grade with people on the benches going back and forth, a Minmi player being pushed through the bench and onto cricket pitch, and a lot of sledging on the field from both sides, and both sides picking up some injuries, they long layoff hasnt helped the ageing bodies.
Southern v Crabs big game for Southern? they?ll be hoping crabs rest. Minmi you?d think won?t beat Cooks.
I would think even though now the crabs can?t do the ?proper? undefeated season, I think they would still take a bit of pride and field a rather full strength team to go the season ?undefeated?
Why wouldn?t you think Minmi would beat cooks hill? They beat them the first time, and I?m not sure if you?ve seen some of their results, but Minmi have been rather consistent the last 10 rounds.
Southern, no finals after GF last year.... I wonder where its all gone wrong?

How much petrol has Norths spent on Bolwarra this last 2 weeks? Minmi to take down a wounded wolf midweek?
North's were able to rest afew players in the first game as result didn't effect them on the table at all. Minmi and Bolwarra are the ones that have had to keep winning lately so are both probably bruised and battered. At this stage of season who isn't but? Hopefully clear weather from here on in and all teams can put on a good showing in the finals
